Note on Mrs. Ann Dixon

I learned of Ann through the reading of our Dixon Family History Book compiled by my "Dixon Cousin" Bobby Henson of Birmingham Alabama. As far as I can tell , little was known and/or written about her. After reading John Dickson’s historical sketch, it appeared that she probably came to America with her husband and was possibly born in Ireland. Her maiden name is currently unknown. She died in Duplin County North Carolina in 1774; just 10 months before the death of her husband John. Again, I have come to these conclusions from "reading between the lines" and will update this record when more precise information is found. Alma aharings
